She took time and made a thorough, two-page flyer and included many of our own pictures of the property. Our for-sale sign never ran out of flyers, and she even brought extras over for me to refill if needed. Our home was only on the market for about three weeks when we got an offer. We were actually in the middle of our move, on the road out in the middle of the country, when the offer came through. What a blessing that we already had a buyer before we arrived at our new state. During the escrow process, Theresa handled so many details for us, as we were completely overloaded with moving in, my husband's new position, getting our children established in their new schools and getting oriented to our new city. She handled all of the details that arose, such as scheduling two termite inspections, septic tank pumping and certification, a survey, and an appliance person to check on an item that needed attention for the sale. I don't know if Realtors® typically take on these types of responsibilities, but it was a Godsend for me to not have to deal with these tasks. We really think she went above and beyond the typical scope of practice to care for these items. When it came time for closing, Theresa was there to answer all of our questions. Because of our three-hour time change, we often communicated by email. One email I sent her had at least ten questions and she answered each one line by line. She was very consistent in returning phone calls, texts, and emails throughout the entire process. Not only did we end up getting top-dollar for our home, we really were fortunate to find the perfect agent for us. Theresa is someone you can really trust.
